Buying Points
LooseLines.com offers this exciting exotic wager for all of our customers. Buying points allows the player to adjust the point spread in their favor. The only catch is that the player must risk a larger amount per 1/2 point bought or an additional 10% of the total wager per half point.
Below is a quick reference guide of the odds for buying up to 2 points.
- Regular Juice is -110
- Buy ½ point Lay -120 (10 cents)
- Buy 1 point Lay -130 (20 cents)
- Buy 1.5 points Lay -145 (35 cents)
- Buy 2 points Lay -160 cents (50 cents)
Example:
- Before buying ½ point Rams - 6 -110
- After buying ½ point Rams - 5½ -120
