Action Reverse
An Action Reverse wager connects two contestants in two separate IF bets. The wagered amount will stay consistent on all parts of the action reverse. The first IF would connect contestant A to contestant B, the second bet would connect contestant B to contestant A. Remember, there is a straight play, along with an IF play on each team.
For example, if a person wants a $100 Action Reverse with the Miami Dolphins -6, and the Chicago Bears +3 the play would look like this.
IF BET 1: Miami Dolphins -6 Risking $110 to win $100, If that play wins or pushes then there will be action on the Chicago Bears +3 risking $110 to win $100. If the Miami Dolphins don't cover the -6 spread then there will be no action on the Chicago Bears +3.
AND
IF BET 2: Chicago Bears +3 risking $110 to win $100, if that play wins or pushes then there will be action on the Miami Dolphins -6 risking $110 to win $100. If the Bears don't cover the +3 spread then there will be no action on the Miami Dolphins -6.
The total risk amount is $220.00, but the player has a possibility of winning up to $400.00.
Here are the possible outcomes for the above Action Reverse example.
- If the Miami Dolphins cover and the Chicago Bears cover the player wins $400.
- If the Dolphins cover and the Bears don't cover the player loses $120.
- If the Dolphins don't cover and the Bears win the player loses $120.
- If the Dolphins don't cover and the Bears don't cover the player loses $220.
- If the Dolphins push and the Bears cover the player wins $200.
- If the Dolphins push and the Bears don't cover the player loses $220.
- If the Dolphins push and the Bears push there is no action and the money is returned to the players account.
